Charles is one of the co-founders of LADA and under his leadership, LADA has grown from one legal desk in Monze to 32 desks in Southern Province. In addition to serving as Executive Director, he has trained police officers, local court judges, journalists, traditional leaders as well as peasant farmers on human rights, constitutional law, and gender sensitivity. Charles is a former secondary school teacher.
